Controller Design for Charging Power Supply Based on High-frequency AC-link Technology

摘要 介绍了基于高频交流链接技术(HF AC-link)的串联谐振变换器,简要分析了该变换器的工作原理及1个工作周期内的3个工作过程,并给出了一种新的基于电荷分配的控制算法,其控制参数与三相交流相电压的状态和负载电压相关。最后利用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)实现控制算法和电源控制,并给出了控制器和电源整机实验波形,结果表明基于FPGA的控制器能够对输入线电流进行精确控制,输入线电流与电压同相位且成比例,实现了电网输入端的低谐波和高功率因数。 This article first introduces a series resonant converter based on high-frequency AC-link technology, has a brief analysis on principle and working process within a cycle of the converter, and gives the control algorithm for ac- curate charge distribution.Control parameter has the relations with different load voltage and grid phase.The control al- gorithm is realized by FPGA and the experimental waveforms of FPGA controller and the converter are given, the re- suits show that the FPGA based on controller can execute accurate control of line current, line current and phase voltage are proportionate and in the same phase, and can realize low harmonics and high power factor at grid side .
