中国政治结构在社会转型过程中具有良好的自我调适功能,对于构建和维系稳定发展的公共秩序可以起到积极的推动和保障作用。应该从中国政治结构发挥主导性功能的视角下建立对政治结构的合理共识,并在此基础上围绕中国共产党的执政权威建设、强化政治结构的基本架构,以此加强国家能力建设,推动和引导社会力量的发展,形成政治结构和社会结构的良好适应。

Political structure of China has a function of favourable self-adaption in process of social transformation,and the function undertakes positive propulsion and protection responsibility to structure and hold together the development of public order steadily.It should builds up reasonable common view guided by the dominant function of political structure of China.And on basis of above mentioned,We should strengthen the authority of CCP,consolidate political fundamental structure,enhance the office capacity,guide the development of social forces,and realize the favourable coadaptation between political structure and social structure.
