摘要
设计了一种用于以PLC为核心的自动控制系统的协处理器,以弥补传统PLC控制系统复杂运算能力偏弱的问题。系统以TMS320F28335芯片为运算和控制核心,以W5100芯片实现以太网通讯并使用服务器模式工作。协处理器从PLC接收给定速度值,并从变频器接收实际速度值以及其他相关参数,完成控制算法的运算并控制变频器进行调速,以提高调速精度。
A coprocessor which used with PLC in the automatic control system is designed. It is used to compensate for the weak capacity of complex computations of the traditional PLC control system. The chip for calculating and controlling is TMS320F28335. The chip for Ethernet communi-cation is W5100. The WS100 works in the server mode. The coprocessor receives the given speed from PLC, the actual speed the other relevant parameters from inverter to implement the algorithm and control the inverter.
