摘要
利用FPGA,提出了激光脉冲波形参数测量方法。研究了高速光电转换电路和信号调理电路设计方案,分析了影响测量精度的因素,采用双阈值时刻鉴别方法进行计时起止时刻的鉴别。设计了以NiosⅡ软核微处理器为控制核心的激光脉冲波形参数测量系统。
On the basis ot laser pulse wavetorm parameter measurement technology a new testing method based on FPGA was presented. The circuit design program of high speed photo electricity transformation and signal conditioning is researched. The influence factor for testing precision is also analyzed, and the double - threshold time discriminator was adopted to produce timing mark for the start - stop time discrimination. A laser pulse waveform parameter measurement system based on the Nios Ⅱ soft - core is designed.
