以句容市农业综合开发为例,通过对农业综合开发农民联结机制创新现状分析,以及句容市"十二五"相关扶持政策及农业综合开发与当地农民联结的具体做法、成效的研究,剖析了农业综合开发过程中存在的问题,提出了农业综合开发与当地农民联结机制创新的建议。

Taking the agricultural comprehensive development of Jurong for example. According to the peasants＇ mechanism innovation analysis of agricultural comprehensive development, and the study of the 12th Five-Year Plan＇ relevant supporting policies of Jurong, the concrete measures and effects on connection between agricultural comp^hensive development and peasants＇ mechanism innovation, problems and deficiencies during the process of agricultural comprehensive development were anatomized, and some suggestions on how to connect agricultural comprehensive development and the local peasant were put forward.
