摘要
以代工企业员工薪酬满意度与行为风险问卷抽样调查数据为样本,采用多元回归分析探讨员工薪酬满意度与行为风险的关系。员工薪酬满意度各维度包括薪酬制度、薪酬结构、薪酬公平感、福利政策和内在激励,研究结果表明:薪酬满意度要素与消极怠工、违反规章和离职意向等行为风险之间呈负相关关系。并对此提出了通过提高员工薪酬满意度预控行为风险的对策,从而降低员工行为风险的可能性和严重性,改善人力资源管理的有效性,提升代工企业的核心竞争力。
By collecting survey samples on compensation satisfaction of Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) employees,the relationships between employees' compensation satisfaction and behavioral risks are discussed using multiple regression analysis.The dimensions of employees' compensation satisfaction include the compensation system,the compensation structure,the compensation fairness,welfare policy and intrinsic motivation.It is proved that there are significant negative correlations between elements of compensation satisfaction and behavioral risks such as slack work,violation of regulations and turnover intention.The research objectives are to put forward the countermeasure thoughts of improving OEM employees' compensation satisfaction,in order to mitigate probability and severity of the employees behavioral risks,improve effectiveness of human resource management,and enhance the core competitiveness of OEMs.
