摘要
为了验证企业行为视角下顾客资产风险及其影响因素之间的关系。以商业银行银行卡业作为研究对象,运用SPSS15.0统计软件中的路径分析和积差相关分析,对顾客资产风险要素进行了实证研究。结果表明:除价格以外,质量、便利性、企业道德和企业信誉的提高均有利于顾客资产风险的降低。
In order to verify the relationship between customer assets risk and their factors from the perspective of corporate behaviors,this paper took commercial bank card industry as the real diagnosis object,studied the factors of customer assets risk by path analysis and the accumulated rate correlation analysis of SPSS15.0.Result shows that increasing quality,convenience,business ethics and corporate reputation are all beneficial to reduce customer assets risk except for price.It has a certain reference value to enterprise implementation customer assets risk management under strengthen its own codes of conduct.
