摘要
微博有助于组织将公众引入对话传播,从而建设组织-公众间的对话式关系。从对话传播的视角,以Kent和Taylor的"网络对话传播原则"为分析框架,对10个政务机构微博的200条微博帖进行了分析,考察了政府微博的对话传播现状,并在3个假设验证的基础上,为政府如何有效地通过微博进行对话传播提出了策略性建议。
Micro blogging has provided the organization with a great opportunity to attract publics into the dialogic communication and build up dialogic relations between the organizations and the public.From the perspective of dialogic communication,based on the principles of online dialogic communication which were identified by Kent and Taylor,this study analyzes 200 posts in the profiles of 10 government organizations micro blogs,explores the dialogic communication in government's micro blogs and gives suggestions on the strategies of improving the efficiency of government's dialogic communication with publics.
