人胆管癌组织中CD44v6蛋白的表达与胆管癌的关系 被引量:1

Relationship between CD44v6 expression and human cholangiocarcinoma

摘要 目的 探讨胆管癌组织中CD44v6表达与肿瘤转移及预后的关系。方法 对 46例胆管癌石蜡组织标本重新切片 ,采用CD44v6鼠单克隆抗体进行免疫组化染色 (S P法 )。结果 CD44v6在胆管癌组织中阳性表达率为 6 3% ,其与肿瘤的大小、部位、病理类型、肿瘤的分化程度无关 ,而与肿瘤TNM分期、淋巴结转移、中位生存期相关。Ⅳb期CD44v6阳性表达率 (83% )较Ⅳa期(6 8% )、Ⅰ、Ⅱ期 (33% )高 (P =0 0 31) ;有淋巴结转移者CD44v6阳性表达率 (85 % )较无淋巴结转移者(5 3% )高 (P =0 0 35 ) ;Ⅰ、Ⅱ期、Ⅳa期、Ⅳb期患者的中位生存期分别为 2 4、14、6个月 ,有淋巴结转移、无淋巴结转移病人的中位生存期分别为 8、2 3个月。结论 CD44v6在胆管癌的转移中具有一定的作用 ,可作为临床预测胆管癌转移潜能及预后的生物学指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of CD44v6 and metastasis and prognosis of human cholangiocarcinoma. Methods The paraffin embedded sections from 40 patients with cholangiocarcinoma were tested by S P immunohistochemical technique with anti CD44v6 murine monoclonal antibody.Results There was no significant relationship between the expression of CD44v6 and the size of tumor, tumor location, histological type and differatiation grade, but CD44v6 expression was related to lymphnode metastasis, TNM stage and median survival time.CD44v6 positive rate of patients in stage Ⅳb(83%)was higher than that of patients in stage Ⅳa(68%)and Ⅰ、Ⅱ(33%)(P=0 031); CD44v6 positive rate of patients with lymphnodes metastasis(85%) was higher than that of patients without lymphnodes metastasis(53%)(P=0 035); The respective median survival time of patients in stage Ⅰ、Ⅱ,Ⅳa,Ⅳb stage was 24,14 and 6 months,and the median survival time of patients with and without lymphnodes metastasis was respectively 8 and 23 months. Conclusion CD44v6 may play a role in metastasis, and may have significant clinical importance in the evaluation of the prognosis of patients with cholangrocarcinoma and the potential tendency of lymphnode metastasis.
