摘要
为深入了解高校高水平运动队教练员工作满意度和离职意愿,以湖北省35所高校128名校队教练员为调研对象,采用访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,就高校高水平运动队教练员工作满意度和离职意愿的现状进行调查,研究认为,高校高水平运动队教练员工作满意度总体水平偏低,在性别、工龄、编制类型和职称上存在一定差异性,其离职意愿较强;高校高水平运动队教练员工作满意度各因子与离职意愿呈负相关,且在工作报酬、工作性质、工作条件、进修升迁上差异非常显著,在领导管理上差异显著,在同事关系上无显著差异。
In order to deeply comprehend the job satisfaction and turnover intention of college coaches, with the ob- ject of 128 coaches of 35 universities in HuBei province,by using the method of interview, questionnaire and mathe- matical statistics etc, having investigated the job satisfaction and turnover intention of college coaches, the paper sug- gests that the overall job satisfaction of college coaches is low with certain differences in sex, age, prepare types and titles and the turnover intention is strong;Job satisfaction and turnover intention of college coaches are negatively cor- related, especially extremely notable on reward and working conditions and advanced nature of leadership, notable on management but no notable on colleague relation promotion.
