地震台站速报上传文件监视报警软件的开发与应用

The development and application of the software for the file uploading,monitoring and warning used in the seismic station

为了提高新疆地震台网中心大震速报质量和应对速报强地震事件的能力,通过台网与台站相互协作做好大震速报工作。充分考虑到现在运行的实时处理系统(RTS、RTP、PARA)在新疆地区存在的不足,同时认识到台站速报上传文件对台网中心速报工作的价值,研制了一套地震台站速报上传文件监视报警软件。

In order to increase the ability of reporting the strong earthquake quickly and the quality of data file up- loading in Xinjiang Seismic Network Center, we co-operate the network with the seismic stations and try to find the shortcoming in the real-time process system which include the RTS, RTP and PARA. We develop some of software to remove these shortcomings.
