汉源县防震减灾信息节点建设方案

摘要 随着科学技术的发展,尤其是计算机和网络技术的不断更新,对防震减灾工作产生了积极作用。地震监测仪器设备也从最初的模拟人工值守观测逐步迈向了当今数字化、网络化观测系统,从根本上改善了艰苦的工作条件和落后的观测技术,为地震科学研究的数字化奠定了基础。汉源县防震减灾信息节点的建设,主要从技术上解决各种视频、音频、通信数据传输,为政府应急决策和应急指挥提供保障,满足新形势下防震减灾工作的需要。 With the development of science and technology, especially the computer and network technology, the technology of computer and network is also used in the seismic stations. We replace the traditional analogue technologies with the digital and network ones. Based on these technologies, the anti-earthquake and disaster-reducing information node of Hanyuan County was set. This information system adapts the technology of video frequency, au- dio frequency and the data transmission and it can be used for the emergency response strategy of Hanyuan County Government.
