摘要
目的:探讨利用液相色谱-质谱联用技术鉴定黄芩药材质量的方法。方法:选用XDB-C18柱(2.1mm×150mm,3.5μm,Eclipse),以乙腈与1%冰醋酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱,检测波长276nm,体积流量0.2ml/min,柱温25℃,在电喷雾串联质谱正负离子扫描方式下,对色谱图中19个色谱峰进行一级和二级质谱数据采集。结果:确定19个化学成分并采集了19个成分的质谱数据。结论:该方法使黄芩药材的质量标准更加完善,质量鉴定更加准确。
Objective:To investigate HPLC-MS method for identifcation of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi quality.Methods:XDB-C18 column(2.1mm×150mm,3.5μm,Eclipse) was used in this study,using methyl cyanides and 1% glacial acetic acid as gradient elution: detection wavelength was 276nm,at the flow rate of 0.2ml/min,the column temperature was 25℃.Nineteen peaks in the chromatogram of first and second mass spectrum data was collected by scanning of electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry,which was operated in the positive and negative ion mode.Results:Nineteen possible structures were analysed and defined,and the mass spectrum data of these nineteen peaks were collected.Conclusions:This method can improve the quality standard of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,and the quality appraisal will be more accurate.
