摘要
目的:总结直肠癌根治术骶前静脉损伤的原因及处理方法。方法:回顾分析2002年9月-2011年9月302例直肠癌患者的临床资料。结果:302例直肠癌根治术中发生骶前静脉损伤4例,发生率1.3%,其中死亡2例。结论:直肠癌根治术中骶前静脉损伤出血十分凶险,是直肠癌手术的严重并发症。术前充分了解患者盆腔结构,术中严格掌握操作要领,准确、轻柔操作是降低骶前静脉损伤的关键。
Objective：To summarize the reasons and treatments for presacral venous injury in radical resection of rectal carcinoma.Methods：The clinical data of 320 rectal carcinoma patients from 2002.9 to 2011.9 were retrospectively analyzed.Results：Among 320 cases radical resection of rectal carcinoma,the occurrence of presacral venous injury was 1.3%（4/320）.Among these 4 cases,2 cases died.Conclusions：Presacral venous injury bleeding in radical resection of rectal carcinoma is dangerous,which is severe complications of rectal carcinoma operation.The surgeons should know the structures in pelvic cavity clearly and grasp operational methods strictly.Accurate,gentle operation is the key to reduce presacral venous injury during radical resection of rectal carcinoma.
