棉花结铃的空间分布与产量的相关分析

Correlation Analysis between Spatial Distribution of Boll Setting and Yield of Cotton

棉花结铃性对产量具有较大影响。为更好地配合棉花育种工作,提高选择效率,采用二元定距相关分析法,对邯郸市农业科学院5个自育棉花品系的产量与棉铃空间分布进行了相关分析。结果表明:棉株的中上部结铃数与产量呈显著正相关,下部结铃数与产量呈显著负相关。该研究可为棉花品种选育提供理论依据。

Cotton boll setting had great influence on the yield.To increase the selective efficiency of cotton breeding,the correlation between yield and spatial distribution of boll of 5 cotton lines bred by Handan Academy of Agricultural Sciences was analyzed.The results showed that bolls on the middle-upper part and the middle part of stem had significant positive correlation with the yield,and bolls on the lower part had significant negative correlation with the yield.This research could provide theoretical basis for cotton varieties breeding.
