高校年级网络教育管理模式研究

Research on Grade Network Education Management Mode of Colleges and Universities

年级是学校行政管理的基本单位,是学生的组织形式,是大学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的载体。在实践研究的基础上,提出了通过优化年级管理模式、构建年级网络来创新学生思想政治工作和有效提高学生思想政治工作效率的管理新模式,体现了以人为本的教育思想,使年级人力资源配置得到了优化。

Grade is a basic unit of school administration,organization form of student,and a carrier of students self-education,self-management and self-service.Based on the practice research,the new management model of construction grade network,innovation of ideological and political work of students,improving the efficiency of ideological and political work of students was put forward by optimizing the grade management mode,which reflected the people-oriented education thought and the grade human resource allocation had been optimized.
