摘要 柠檬酸(Citric Acid,CA)和维生素E(Vitamin E,VE)能够分别和协同对鱼的生理功能发挥重要影响。当两者同时使用时,可互相补充、协同增效。本研究综述CA和VE对鱼类的影响及机理,特别是CA和VE协同抗氧化作用及机理,旨在更好地理解、研究、调控和利用VE、CA的协同增效作用,提高鱼的健康水平、增加存活率、促进生长和发育。 Citric Acid (CA) and Eitamin E (VE) could play important physiological roles, respectively and collaboratively. CA and VE supplemented each other and showed strong cooperative effect when they work together. The present paper reviewed the effects of CA and VE, especially their synergistic antioxidant and working mechanism on fish when they function together. The purpose was to study, apply and control the synergistic effects of VE and CA in fishery industry for improving fish survival, health, growth and development.
