水库网箱养殖“老头鳗”的初步研究

摘要 为挖掘"老头鳗"的生产潜能,进一步提高养鳗效益。课题组于2011年10月—2012年7月,在福建省长汀县四都镇的彼下水库开展了利用网箱养殖"老头鳗"试验研究。结果显示(:1)本次试验放养2种不同规格的"老头鳗"共9.5t,至7月28日出箱产量为15.6t,平均成活率为85.53%;(2)对于不同规格的鳗鱼,日平均投饲率均不到1%,饵料转化率均值为48.5,饵料系数平均为2.07,网箱养殖"老头鳗"的饵料系数达到利用精养池塘养殖正常鳗鱼的水平;(3)试验期间网箱养殖未发生过虫害,但暴发的弧菌病造成13.7%的鳗鱼死亡,数量达1.3t。综合结果显示:水库网箱养殖"老头鳗"与同期当地精养池塘养殖"老头鳗"统计结果相比,具有个体生长快、养殖周期短、病害少、单位面积产量高、养殖生产成本低等优势。 In order to develop "the old eel" production potential, and further improve the breeding efficiency. In this experiment, we farmed "the old eel" with cage in the reservoir in Sidu Town, Changting County, Fujian Province, in October 2011 to July 2012. The results showed that, (1) in this experiment, the number of "the old eel" belonged to two different specifications was 9.5 t in total, after they were out of the cage, the production was 15600 kg, the average survival rate was 85.53%, in July 28th. (2) To different specifications of " the old eel " , average daily feeding rate did not exceed 1%, the average value of feed conversion rate was 48.5, and the average feed coefficient was 2.07, this feed coefficient reached the level of normal eel cultured in intensive pond. (3) The cage culture did not occurred insect pests during the trial, but outbreak of vibriosis disease caused 13.7% of eel' s death, the number was 1.3 t. The resuhs showed that the eel cultured by cages in reservoir compared with eel farmed in local pond in the same period, there were potential advantages such as the fast individual growth speed, short breeding cycle, little disease, high yield per unit area, low cost of aquaculture production.
