摘要
结合某大型矿山选矿作业实例,介绍了PCS系统在先进的SABC磨矿工艺流程中的应用,并针对其系统特点、结构及网络组成,详细分析了半自磨机闭环控制、顽石破碎、溢流球磨机闭环控制等的自动控制过程。
Combining with the example of mineral processing of a large-scale mine, the paper introduces the application of PCS system in SABC grinding process flow. Closed-loop control of SAG mill, crushing of hard rock and closed-loop control of overflow ball mill are analyzed according to its system characteristics, structure and network composition.
