摘要
对金川公司镀镍废水综合利用提取碳酸镍后产生的低浓度含镍废水的处理进行研究。通过对几种处理方式的比较,最后选用预酸化+中和沉淀的处理工艺,可以使排放废水中的Ni+浓度降到0.5 mg.L-1以下,满足电镀污染物达标排放的要求。
The paper investigates the treatment of waste water containing nickel with low concentration, which is produced trom nickel carbonate that is extracted by nickel waste water comprehensive utilization of Jinchuan Company. According to comparison of the several treatment methods, pre-acidification + neutralization and precipitation is adopted finally to make the concentration of Ni+ contained in discharged waste water reduce to below 0.5 mg·L-1, which can meet the requirement of emission standard of electroplating pollutant.
