摘要
从云南昆明市郊不同地点紫茎泽兰根际分离细菌,经平板对峙培养筛选出一株抑菌能力较强的菌株,命名为E-1。通过菌株的培养性状、常规生理生化特性和16SrDNA序列测定及其系统发育学分析,鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。该菌株的16SrDNA序列已在Gen Bank中注册,登录号为JN648100。对E-1与供试的5株植物病原细菌和5株病原真菌进行对峙试验。结果显示:E-1对土传病原细菌和真菌都有不同程度的拮抗作用,是较好开发潜能的生防菌株。
Antagonistic strain E-lof rhizobacteria against the fungi and bacterial pathogen were selected on NA and potato dextrose agar with many rhizobacteria isolated from the rhizosphere soil of Ageratina adenophora Sprengelfrom Kunming suburbs in Yunnan, respectively.
