Optimization of Extraction Conditions of Water-extractable Arabinoxylans from Wheat Flour Using Response Surface Methodology

摘要 为了提高小麦面粉水溶性阿拉伯木聚糖的提取率,以小麦面粉为原料,探讨提取温度、提取时间和和料液比对小麦面粉中水溶性阿拉伯木聚糖提取率的影响。在单因素实验的基础上选取实验因素和水平,采用三因素三水平的响应面分析方法,分析各个因素及其交互作用对阿拉伯木聚糖提取率的影响,并对提取条件进行优化。所得最佳提取条件为:提取温度46℃,提取时间103min,料液比1:9,在此条件下,阿拉伯木聚糖提取率为0.689%。 In order to increase the extraction yield of wheat flour water-extractable arabinoxylans and provide technical support for further research, this paper studied the effect of extraction temperature, extraction time and material-to-water ratio on the yield of water-extractable arabinoxylans. The Response Surface Methodology with 3 factors and 3 levels was adopted on the basis of single-factor experiments. The impact of each variable and their interaction on yield of water-extractable arabinoxylans were studied and the extraction parameters were optimized. The results showed that the optimized extraction conditions were obtained as follows: extraction temperature 46℃, extraction time 103 min, the ratio of water to material 1:9, and the yield was 0.689 % under the extraction condition.
