气功对神经根型颈椎病血液流变学的影响

Influence of Qigong on Blood Rheology in Patient with Radicular Cervical Spondylopathy

为探讨气功治疗神经根型颈椎病的血液流变学机理 ,将 4 4例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组 (气功配合中药 ) 2 6例和对照组 (单纯中药 ) 18例。治疗 30天后 ,观察组的临床显效率高于对照组 (P <0 0 5) ;临床积分值明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;血液流变学指标检测 ,观察组全血高切粘度、低切和高切还原粘度、红细胞聚集指数和刚性指数与对照组比较 ,有明显差异 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1)。提示气功锻炼对本病的疗效可能是通过改善患者的血液流变学而实现的。

HT6SS] To investigate the mechanism on blood rheology of Qigong in treating radicular cervical spondylopathy,44 cases of radicular spondylopathy were classified into observation group (26 cases,treated by Qigong and Chinese herb)and control group(18 cases,treated by simple Chinese herb).30 day treatment later,the clinical effective rate was higher in observation group than in control group( P <0 05);the clinical integral reduced more obviously in observation group than in control group( P <0 01);the indexes of blood rheology(including high-sheer viscosity, low-sheer viscosity,high-sheer reduction viscosity,aggregation index of RBC and stiffness index)improved better in observation group than in control group( P <0 05～0 01),which indicated that Qigong probably exerted its therapeutic effects on radicular cervical spondylopathy by improving the blood rheology.
