摘要
结合邵伯三线船闸工程,分析了应用FLAC 3D软件进行渗流固结、墙土接触问题建模的技术。通过模拟基坑开挖、闸墙浇注、回填土填筑、放水运行等不同工况,研究了扶壁式闸墙倾斜度的发展规律,探讨了闸墙倾斜的组成部分,分析了结构自重、墙后土压力、回填边载影响闸墙倾斜的机理。最后,提出了闸墙预留沉降量及倾斜量的建议值。
Based on the practical experiences of Shiqiao Third-line ship lock engineering, the problems of consolidation seepage and wall--soil contact were investigated and the modeling technique with FLAC 3D was analyzed. Through the simulation of different working conditions, such as foundation excavation, chamber wall casting, backfilled soil filling and operation in water, the tilting development of buttressed chamber wall was studied and the components of wall tilting were discussed as well. The effect mechanism on the tilting of buttressed chamber wall was analyzed in terms of the structure weight, earth pressure behind wall and load. Finally, the recommended values of performed settlement and tilting were proposed.
