闸室墙混凝土裂缝的成因分析及治理措施

Analysis of the Cause and the Treatment Measure of Ship Lock Chamber Wall Concrete Cracks

针对闸墙裂缝通病问题,以施桥三线船闸工程实例分析裂缝成因,改善约束状态,优化施工工艺,对闸墙倒角采用透水模板衬垫新技术减少干缩变形,常规养护期后,在闸墙墙身采用保温板防裂措施,有效地防止了裂缝的发生、发展。

For the common problem of ship lock chamber wall cracks,Combined with the ShiQiao third-line ship lock project,the crack causes was discussed and some treatment measures such as improving the confinement state and optimizing the construction process were proposed in this paper.The new technology of permeable formwork to reduce shrinkage deformation in the wall chamfer and the insulation board in the walls guards against the crack measures after routine maintenance were adopted.These measures can prevent the occurrence and development of cracks effectively.
