基于蛛网模型的排放权均衡交易分析

Equilibrium Analysis of the Transaction about Emission Rights based on Cobweb Model

为应对全球气候变化和世界能源危机,世界各国纷纷出台节能减排制度政策。这些制度政策在取得积极效应的同时,也给经济社会的发展带来巨大影响。在我国,一些节能减排约束指标就多次出现先降后升的情况,约束性指标的降低与反弹成为一个怪圈,污染排放权控制和交易限制不清。基于蛛网模型的约束条件和模型特例的基础上,分析节能减排实施过程中排放权的模型要约,为排放权市场均衡交易提供理论依据。

In response to global climate change and world energy crisis, energy-saving emission reduction policies had been introduced by all the countries in the world. These policies bring much positive effect and tremendous influence of the economic and social development at the same time. In China, controlling pollution emissions and limiting transaction is not clear, some constraint index about energy-saving binding emission reduction targets had appeared increases first and then decreases, reduce and rebound into a circle. Based on cobweb model and constraint condition model, analysis of emission rights tender offer had been done and some theory basis had been put forward in this paper.
