摘要
供电企业作为能源央企的重要组成部分,对国民经济发展起着至关重要的作用。青年员工是供电企业的希望,针对他们开展的教育培训工作成功与否事关企业核心竞争力的强弱。以上海某供电公司35周岁及以下的青年员工为研究对象,按照一线青年班组长、一线青年班员以及青年专职等3种岗位为划分标准,深入调研分析并归纳总结了青年员工参加教育培训的现状及实际需求,结合公司现状提出相关对策和建议,将教育培训资源和青年的培训需求匹配,切实提升青年员工参与教育培训工作的积极性和有效性,在提升青年员工综合素质,促进企业教育培训工作的同时,为地区经济发展提供更加安全、经济、清洁、可持续的电力供应和保障。
As an important part of energy central enterprises, power supply companies play vital roles in the national economy developments. Young employees are the hope of Power supply companies. The education and training for them is crucial to the companies' core competitiveness. Young employees of 35 years old and below of some Power Supply Enterprise taken as the study subject are classified by three positions: front-line young team leaders, front-line young workers and young supervisors. An in-depth research is made to reveal the current situation and the real demand of the young employees in participating in education and training. Countermeasures and suggestions are proposed based on the status quo of the company, and the education and training resources arc matched with the demand of the young employees in education and training in order to enhance the enthusiasm and effectiveness of the young employees in participating education and training, improve the overall quality of the young employees, promote the education and training of the company, meanwhile, provide safer, more economical, cleaner, and more sustainable power supply and guarantee for the development of regional economy.
