摘要 湿法烟气脱硫工艺(WFGD)现已成为我国燃煤电厂烟气脱硫首选工艺。但随着WFGD的大量应用,脱硫系统结垢、腐蚀、稳定性不足等问题逐渐暴露。本文就当前利用脱硫添加剂来提高WFGD系统性能热点话题展开分析研究,从脱硫剂工作机理、综合效果等方面对当前脱硫剂进行分析、归类、评价,为脱硫添加剂工业化应用选择提供参考。 Wet flue gas desulfiaization (WFGD) has become the first selection process of flue gas desulfurization in China's coal fired power plants. While with a lot of applications on WFGD, problems such as fouling, corrosion and insufficient stability of desulfurization system are gradually exposed. This paper researched on current hot topics that use desulfurization additives to improve WFGD system performance, proceeded analysis, classification and evaluation of current desulfurizers from desulfurization agent working mechanisms, comprehensive effects and etc., and provided basis of choices for desulfurization additives in industrial application.
