摘要
某厂2座8万、12万m3威金斯柜在运行中出现了氧含量超标、漏气、钢丝绳断裂、柜容指示不准、活塞倾斜度测量不准等故障,通过技术改造、加强对设备的日常维护和检查、完善操作工艺等措施,取得了一定的效果,保障了气柜的可靠运行。
Some group has two Wiggins 2 gas converting cabinet of 8 000 cubic meters and 12 0000 cubic meters which have oxygen content extended, leaking problem, wire rope fracture, capacity indicating faults, and piston measurements mistakes of inclination. But through technological revolution, strengthening on daily maintenance and device checking, together with perfect operation system, effective results have been found already. It brought reliable guarantee on the machine＇s mouthy run in daily work.
