内蒙古城乡居民收入差距与经济增长关系的协整分析

A Co-integration Analysis of the Relationship Between Urban Resident Income Difference and Economic Growth of Inner Mongolia

本文通过内蒙古1978-2010年的历史数据,运用协整、误差修正模型和Granger因果关系分析对内蒙古城乡居民收入差距与经济增长关系进行实证研究,结果表明:内蒙古城乡居民收入差距与经济增长之间存在协整关系,并且经济增长是引起城乡居民收入差距的格兰杰原因,城乡居民收入差距不是引起经济增长的格兰杰原因。可见,缩小城乡差距、统筹城乡发展,对于实现城乡经济发展、构建和谐社会具有重要的现实意义。

With historical data of Inner Mongolia from 1978 to 2010, with cointegration, error correction model and Granger cause - effect relationship, this paper carries out an empirical study of the relationship between urban resident income difference and economic growth of Inner Mongolia. The result shows that there exists cointegration relationship between urban resident income difference and economic growth and economic growth is the Granger Cause that leads to urban resident＇s income difference. However, the opposite is not true. Therefore, narrowing urban and rural difference as well as balancing urban and rural development are of important realistic significance to realize urban and rural economic development so as to construct harmonious society.
