和睦山铁矿井下通风系统优化方案及施工 被引量:3

摘要 根据井下通风参数实测结果分析了和睦山铁矿目前通风系统存在的问题,对矿井总风量、总通风阻力进行了计算,初步确定通风系统优化方案,并对优化方案进行了三维通风网络模拟解算。方案实施后的-150 m回风机站风机及变频器运行平稳,达到了预期通风效果。 Problems existed in ventilation system of Hemushan iron mine currently were analyzed according to the measured results of underground ventilation parameters, total air volume and total ventilation resistance of mine were calculated, optimizated plan of ventilation system was initially defined and 3-d ventilation network simulation calculation were done. Operation of fan and inverter of air station at - 150 m were stable after the plan implemented, expected ventilation effect has reached.
