摘要
新疆某铅锌硫化矿中含铅1.06%、含锌4.18%,具有一定的回收利用价值。为有效回收其中的铅锌矿物,对其进行了详细的选矿工艺研究。结果表明,采用铅锌优先浮选工艺,可获得含铅54.30%、铅回收率80.94%,含锌5.56%、锌分布率2.10%的铅精矿;含锌50.33%、锌回收率83.44%,含铅0.63%、铅分布率4.05%的锌精矿。该工艺不仅实现了铅、锌矿物的有效分离,而且取得了较好的试验指标。
A Pb-Zn sulfide ore from Xinjiang contains 1.06% Pb and 4.18% Zn, and has recovery utilization value. Aimed at recovering Pb and Zn minerals, the research on beneficiation was carried out in detail. The results show that, Pb-Zn preferential flotation Process could obtain Pb concentrate with Pb grade of 54.30% and Pb recovery of 80.94% , Zn grade of 5.56% and Zn occupation of 2.10% , and Zn concentrate with Zn grade of 50.33% and Zn recovery of 83.44% , Pb grade of 0.63% and Pb occu- pation of 4.05%. This process not only achieved the effective separation between Pb and Zn minerals, but also obtained better experimental index.
