女子院校大学生择业观探析——基于福建华南女子职业学院在校学生的问卷调查

Women's College Students’ Job-choosing View——AQuestionnaire Survey of Students from South China Women’s Vocational School in Fujian

近年来大学生就业形势日益严峻,择业问题也逐步上升为众人关注的焦点。大学生的择业观对择业行为具有导向作用,正确的择业观是大学生实现成功就业的前提。本文以福建华南女子职业学院在校大学生为样本,通过问卷调查分析女子院校学生择业观的特点,并提出相应的对策建议。

College students’ job-choosing views are referential to their acts of job-hunting,and a correct job-choosing view ensures students to realize their successful employment.Taking Fujian South China Women＇s Vocational School students as samples,this paper analyzes the characteristics of students’ job-choosing views through a questionnaire investigation,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
