摘要
私人刑事调查具体实施带有较大灵活多样性。为了避免其实施造成过多负面影响,应对其实施方式展开界定。将私人刑事调查具体实施方式划分成非强制性私人刑事调查和强制性私人刑事调查两部分,对强制性私人刑事调查方式的实施进行了基本程序设计。
Private criminal investigation is of greater flexibility and diversity in the specific implementation, which can be divided into two： non-compulsory criminal investigation and compulsory private investigation. This paper gives a basic program design in the implementation of the mandatory private criminal investigation.
