腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术患者实施短程病房护理模式的效果

Effects of Short-range Ward Care Model for Patients with Laparoscopic Renal Cyst Decompression

目的探讨短程病房护理模式应用于腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术患者的可行性。方法将42例行腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术的患者随机分为两组,对照组在泌尿外科病房实施手术,采用常规护理模式;研究组在短程病房实施手术,采用短程病房护理模式。比较两组患者的医疗费用、等待手术时间、住院时间、医疗安全及患者满意度情况。结果研究组患者的医疗费用、等待手术时间及住院时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组在医疗安全方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术患者实施短程病房护理模式,能简化诊治流程,具有高效、经济、安全等优势。

Objective To explore the feasibility of short-range ward care model in patients with laparo- scopic renal cyst decompression. Methods Forty-two patients with laparoscopic renal cyst decompression were randomly divided into two groups,with 21 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with the conventional surgical model in urology ward. The patients in the experimental group were treated with short-range care model in short-range ward. Comparisons were conducted on the medical costs,waiting time for surgery, duration of hospitalization, medical safety and patients＇ satisfaction between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the patients in the experimental group were observed with significantly less medical costs, waiting time for surgery and hospital stay（P〈0.01）. However, no significant difference was observed on the health care safety between the two groups（P〉 0.05）. The patients＇ satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the con- trol group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with laparoscopic renal cyst decompression, short-range ward care model can simplify the diagnosis and treatment processes with the advantages of high efficiency, economy and safety.
