“交叉评审法”在科室感染控制管理中的应用

Application of Evaluation by Turns in Infection Control Management

目的探求提高科室感染控制执行力、降低医院感染发生率的方法。方法 2011年对广州军区武汉总医院普通外科2个病区之间的感染控制采用"交叉评审法",即一区检查二区、二区检查三区、三区检查一区的检查方法。结果 2011年度3个病区之间感染控制的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但4个季度间感染控制的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),四个季度间作两两比较显示,第1季度和第2季度之间感染控制的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第1季度、第2季度分别与第3季度、第4季度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用"交叉评审法"有益于提高全员感染控制意识,落实医院感染控制管理,提高科室感染监控水平。

Objective To explore a management method to improve infection control management and to reduce the incidence of hospital infection. Methods The evaluation by turns was used to control the inci- dence of hospital infection in three wards in the hospital in 2011. By evaluation by turns was meant the monitors in Unit One was assigned to check the workers in Unit Two, then the monitors in Unit Two to check the workers in Unit Three, and finally the monitors in Unit Three to check the workers in Unit One. Results No significant difference in infection control in 2011 among the three wards（P〉0.05）. But statis- tically significant differences were detedtected in infection control in the four quarters（P〈0.01）. The pair- wise comparisons within four quarters showed no significant differences of Infection Control were observed between the first and second quarters（P〉0.05）. While significant differences were identified between the first and second quarters and the third and fourth quarters（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evaluation by turns is beneficial to enhance the workers＇ infection control awareness, to implement the hospital infection control management ,and to improve the level of infection control management.
