摘要
飞机电气负载管理中心ELMC旨在取代飞机上传统的由机电式断路器/继电器组成的配电系统,它通过功率MOS管实现对负载的开通/关断控制和短路/过载保护。ELMC内部有嵌入式的数据采集系统,它提供了外部总线设备访问机电系统状态信息的一种途径。数据采集系统一般分为计算模块、数据采集模块和通信模块3部分,模块之间通过局部总线互联。在此研究了ELMC中嵌入式数据采集系统的软件设计考虑,其中包括实时性、数据容错机制、离散量采集的防抖动处理、模拟量采集的数字滤波等,并通过原理样机验证了软件设计理念的可行性。
The electric load management center (ELMC) in aircraft is used in aircrafts to replace traditional mechanic-elec-tric power distribution systems. It can realize the ON/OFF control and overload/shortcut protection by power MOSFET. An embedded data acquisition system inside ELMC provides a way for external bus equipments to access the status information of mechanic-electric system. The data acquisition system generally includes a computing module, a data acquisition module and a communication module, among which the interconnection is achieved through local bus. The software design contents of the embedded data acquisition system are studied, in which the real-time capability, error-tolerance mechanism, anti-vibration ap-proach of discrete data acquisition, digital filtering of analog data acquisition is considered. The feasibility of design idea was proved by a prototype.
