摘要
利用凝血检测设备进行血栓与止血的实验室观察,可为出血性和血栓性等疾病的诊断与鉴别提供判断依据。在分析总结传统检测原理及方法的基础上设计了嵌入式Linux凝血分析仪,该设计利用双磁路磁珠法原理对凝血项目进行检测,采用嵌入式技术对凝血检测的软硬件进行开发,设计了实验装置和良好的人机界面,并通过大量实验数据验证了仪器的有效性。该仪器人机交互简便,操作可靠灵活,具有稳定性好、误检率低、移动性强等特点。
The hemorrhagic and the thrombus diseases observated in laboratory with coagulometer can provide a valuable basis for disease diagnosis. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the traditional examination principle and method, a coagulometer based on embedded Linux was designed. The principle of dual-magnetic circuit beads is applied to the detection of cruor items. Furthermore, the embedded technology is adopted to develop the software and hardware for the cruor detec- tion. The experimental devices and perfect man-machine interface were designed. The effectiveness of the coagulometer was verified through alarge number of experimental data. The cruor measure system has actual application value, as well as simple man-machine interaction, reliable and flexible operation, high stability, low false detecting rate, powerful mobility, etc.
