摘要
针对当前太阳能热水器水位检测精度低、寿命短、使用不灵活的问题,采用压力传感器作为大型太阳能供热系统水位检测的方案,阐述了压力传感器的工作原理及选型,设计了传感器的硬件接口及软件,实验测试了系统水位测量线性度和温度的稳定性。应用结果表明:采用扩散硅压力传感器不仅实现了水位的高精度测量、还具有安装方便、可靠性高、寿命长、电路简单、易于维护等优点。
Since the accuracy of the water level detection method of solar water heater is low, its lifespan is short and its application is inflexible, a program taking pressure sensors as a means to detect the water level of large scale solar heating sys-tem is proposed in this paper. The working principal and selection of the pressure sensor are elaborated. The hardware inter- face and software of the sensor were designed. The linearity of water level detection and temperature stability were tested in the experiments. The application results show that the application of the diffused silicon pressure sensors not only can achieve high-precision measurements of water level, but also has advantages of easy installation, high reliability, long lifetime, simple circuit and easy to maintain.
