Evaluation of the organization pertbrmance is very important m the management of refining and chemical enterprises. The ability on operation, debt paying and profitability of organization can be revealed by the effective evaluation. The correlative information and the aspect of improving performance can also be provided. The principle index of performance in the refining and chemical enterprises is discussed in this paper according to examination index composition and classification.
