炼油装置挥发性有机物泄漏损失与风险评估 被引量:8

摘要 介绍了炼油装置挥发性有机化合物无组织排放泄漏损失评估方法,研究开发了一套石化装置密封点泄漏管理软件和泄漏风险管理系统,并对泄漏损失评估和泄漏风险分级在石化企业进行实际应用。结果表明,炼油装置泄漏损失评估与风险分级能够指导石化企业的密封设备管理,减少炼油加工损失和挥发性有机化合物排放,增加企业效益;石化装置密封点泄漏管理软件和泄漏风险管理系统在石化企业设备密封点管理方面应用前景广阔。 The assessment methods for leakage losses of volatile organic compounds fugitive emissions were introduced. The software for leakage management of petroehemieal phant sealed points and the management syslem of leakage risk were researched and developed. The leakage losses assessment and classification of leakage risk were in practical applicationinpelroehem- teal enlerprises. The resuhs showed that assessment of leakage losses and leakage risk classification for oil refining equipment can guide the management of sealed equipment in petrochemical phmt. And it can reduce losses of refining process and fugitive emissions of wolafile organic compounds. And also increase enter- prise efficiency. The software for leakage management of petrochemical plant sealed points and the manage- ment system of leakage risk have a broad prospects application in petrochemical plants.
