甘肃省2010年3-6岁幼儿身体形态状况的研究

The Study on the Body Shape of the 3-6 Years Infants of Gansu Province in 2010

运用文献资料、数理统计及逻辑分析等研究方法,对甘肃省2005年和2010年国民体质监测数据中3-6岁幼儿的身体形态的相关指标数据之间进行了平均数相减统计分析。结果表明,与2005年相比,甘肃省2010年3-6岁幼儿的身高、坐高、体重、胸围、BMI和胸围指数各项形态指标平均数普遍不同程度的增长,其中体重增长幅度最大,胸围的增长幅度次之,BMI增长幅度最小,男幼儿平均数增长值大于女幼儿,但男幼儿与女幼儿的身高差值有拉大的趋势,男女幼儿胸围平均数的差值有缩小的趋势;3-6岁幼儿4-5岁年龄段的身高、坐高、体重和胸围平均数增长值大于3-4岁和5-6岁年龄段;3-6岁幼儿BMI指数平均数增长值均有增高,男女幼儿无明显差距,同年龄段除3-4岁年龄段男幼儿BMI平均数增长值减少外,其他年龄段男女幼儿均BMI平均数增长值增加;3-6岁幼儿胸围指数平均数增长值除4岁男幼儿和5岁女幼儿减少外,其他幼儿均增加,同龄年龄段的幼儿胸围指数平均数增长值男大于女。
