“授之以鱼”与“授之以渔”辨——关于运动员教学方法的思考

摘要 随着教育、教学改革不断深入发展,针对运动员文化教育教学方法的争论愈演愈烈,"授之以鱼"还是"授之以渔",一些专家、学者各执一词。笔者认为在运动员文化教学过程中的一些教学经验——"授之以鱼"不可弃,但也不能死抱陈规,一味只此一法坚持不变;"授之以渔"必须坚定不移地采纳、运用,并且根据运动员的特殊性,将此法创新,灵活运用。只有将两种教学方法有效结合,因材施教,才会达到最理想的教学效果。 With the development of the education and teaching reform,the debate of teaching methods become more and more fierce."Teach him to fish" or "teach him how to fish",different scholars have differernt opinions.As a middle school teacher with some teaching experience,I think we should combinate the two teaching methods together.Especially in a sporty school,we shouldn't give up "teach him to fish".We also should adopt "teach him how to fish".In this way,we can achieve the ideal teaching effects.
