摘要
专利价值的滞后性表现在两个方面：一方面，专利本身从申请到授权具有较大的时间跨度（一般为三年左右），而且专利本身的内容具有一定的前瞻性，这使得其价值体现会有一定的滞后性；另一方面，任何一个企业从开始开展专利工作到逐步转入专利应用有较大的时间跨度，且企业只有在授权专利数达到一定门槛，围绕特定领域进行集中布局后，这些专利才能真正在保护创新成果、遏制竞争对手方面发挥作用。
