载脂蛋白E基因缺陷小鼠雌激素与抑郁症及血脂相关性的初步研究

A Preliminary study on Correlation of Estrogen,Depression and Serum Lipid in the ApoE^(-/-) Mice

目的探讨载脂蛋白E基因缺陷(apo-/-)小鼠雌激素(E2)、血清总胆固醇水平(TC)和抑郁症之间的关系。方法 30只成年apo-/-雌性小鼠随机分为3组。A组:双侧卵巢切除(OVX)+E2;B组:OVX+芝麻油;C组:假手术组(Sham)。三个月后ELISA检测血清E2和TC水平,观察小鼠悬尾不动时间,分析他们之间的关系。结果小鼠悬尾不动时间和TC水平与E2呈明显的负相关,小鼠悬尾不动时间与TC有一定的正相关。结论雌激素能抑制抑郁症倾向和降低TC水平,三者关系中,雌激素起主导作用。

Objective To study on the correlation within estrogen（E2）,depression and serum total cholesterol（TC） in the apoE-/-mice.Methods Thirty adult female apo-/-mice were divided into three groups.A group：OVX＋E2;B group： OVX＋sesame oil;C group： Sham.After three months,ELISA was used to determine the levels of serum E2 and TC,to observe the immobility time in tail suspension,to analyze the relationship between them.Result The immobility time in tail suspension and the level of serum TC had obviously negative correlation with the levels of serum E2;The immobility time in tail suspension had certainly positive correlation with the levels of serum TC.Conclusion E2 could Inhibit depression tendency and decrease the level of serum TC.Within the correlation of three facts,E2 plays a dominant position.
