摘要
民办高校教师绩效考核是实现学校发展目标,促进教师专业发展的重要手段。民办高校教师绩效考核的价值取向,决定着民办高校教师队伍建设的方向。民办高校教师绩效考核的价值取向在于,促进民办高校教师队伍的稳定和成长,推动民办高校的内部管理制度建设和形成有效的内部管理机制,提升民办高校的组织文化建设水平。
Teacher performance appraisal for private colleges and universities is an important means to achieve the goal for both college development and teacher career development.The value orientation of teacher performance appraisal for private colleges and universities determines the direction of the team building of teachers.This study intends to establish a scientific and rational teacher performance appraisal system for pri vate colleges and universities so as to achieve the stability of the faculty and teacher development and to serve the purpose of promoting the colleges’ internal management system and forming an effective internal manage ment mechanism as well as enhancing the construction of an organizational culture.
