外商直接投资的产业结构与技术外溢效应——基于江西省1994-2011数据的实证分析

The Industrial Structure of Foreign Direct Investment and Technology Spillovers Empirical Research:Based on 1994-2011 Data in Jiangxi Province

利用1994-2011年的时间序列数据,运用协整检验对江西省外商直接投资产业结构与技术外溢效应进行了实证分析,并将江西省的外资的输入量和输入的产业结构与邻近省份进行了对比。研究结果表明:江西省三次产业的外商直接投资均会产生不同程度的正的技术外溢效应,外商直接投资对第二产业的技术外溢效应大于第一、三产业的技术外溢效应,且外溢效应相对较小。从与邻近省份的比较看,江西省外商直接投资的资金数量偏低,且外商直接投资在三次产业的结构不合理。

This paper uses the 1994-2011 time series data and applies co-integration test to analyze the industrial structure of foreign direct investment and technology spillovers in Jiangxi Province and compares the amount of foreign capital input and the input of the industrial structure with the neighboring provinces.The results show the foreign direct investment has different degrees of positive spillovers to the three industries.Technology spillover effects of foreign direct investment in the secondary industry is greater than the primary and tertiary industries,but the spillover effects are relatively small.Comparing FDI in Jiangxi Province and neighboring provinces,the amount of money is lower,the three industries in foreign direct investment are unreasonable.
