由于发达国家严密封锁对中国技术出口以及中国企业自身技术创新不够等因素影响,中国企业在参与全球价值链分工中被锁定在低端的加工组装环节。我国外贸企业应激发企业自主创新活力,促进企业创新能力提升,培育国内需求市场及寻求市场需求,以突破全球价值链低端锁定。

Because influenced by developing countries＇ blockade of exporting technology to Chinese enterprises,Chinese enterprises＇ own insufficient technological innovation and so on,Chinese enterprises are locked in low-end processing and assembly link during joining the division of labor of global value chain.From the start of analyzing Chinese foreign trade enterprises＇ position in global value chain,the article probed into the reasons why Chinese foreign trade enterprises are locked in low-end in global value chain,and put forward stimulating enterprise independent innovation capacity promoting improvement of enterprise innovation capacity cultivating domestic demand market and looking for market demand structure conversation point and other measures of path analyses of breakthrough of Chinese foreign trade enterprises locked in low-end in global value chain,and then pointed out impacts of government in breakthrough of enterprise locked in low-end in global value chain.
