文章结合泰州职业技术学院高职类相关医学专业的实际工作,就如何将实训中心管理与优秀拔尖人才培养相结合,从队伍建设、日常管理等几个方面进行了研究,着重论述了医学技术学院护理实训中心学生志愿者队伍在实训中心运行管理中发挥的作用,以期为探讨培养高职类护理专业优秀拔尖人才的措施和方法提供依据。
