在纷繁复杂的社会面前,一些大学生由于缺乏明确的目标指引,常表现出对未来前景的迷惘和对自身发展的困惑。文章从分析当前高职院校学生管理中存在的弊端入手,以泰州职业技术学院相关学生工作为例,提出与高职拔尖人才培养相适应的学生教育管理改革做法,从学生教育管理层面,谈高职优秀拔尖人才的培养。
